How to remove Chromium from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Chromium is an application by The Chromium Authors. Some computer users want to erase this program. This is difficult because removing this by hand takes some skill related to Windows program uninstallation. The best SIMPLE way to erase Chromium is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around utility to optimize your Windows computer.

  • download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools button

4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the applications existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find Chromium or simply click the Search feature and type in "Chromium". If it is installed on your PC the Chromium application will be found automatically. Notice that after you select Chromium in the list of applications, some data about the program is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about Chromium, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the program you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Chromium.

8. After removing Chromium, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Chromium which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Chromium with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
