A way to remove Autopsy with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Autopsy is an application marketed by the software company The Sleuth Kit. Sometimes, people decide to uninstall this program. Sometimes this can be troublesome because deleting this by hand takes some advanced knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. The best SIMPLE way to uninstall Autopsy is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around utility to maximize the performance of your Windows system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire the program's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications installed on the PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Autopsy or simply activate the Search field and type in "Autopsy". If it exists on your system the Autopsy app will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select Autopsy in the list of applications, some information about the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about Autopsy, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Autopsy.


8. After uninstalling Autopsy, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong Autopsy which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Autopsy using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
