A way to delete Autopsy from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Autopsy is a program released by The Sleuth Kit. Frequently, users choose to erase this program. Sometimes this is efortful because removing this by hand takes some experience regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best QUICK action to erase Autopsy is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general utility to clean your Windows PC.

• visit Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire the program's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs existing on the computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate Autopsy or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Autopsy". If it exists on your system the Autopsy application will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click Autopsy in the list of applications, the following information about the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about Autopsy, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Autopsy:

• The publisher is: http://www.sleuthkit.org/
• The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /I{1B4CA793-C304-474A-84AA-CF56DAB6739A}

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Autopsy.


8. After uninstalling Autopsy, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong Autopsy that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing Autopsy with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your disk.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
