A way to remove Autopsy from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Autopsy is an application offered by the software company The Sleuth Kit. Sometimes, users decide to uninstall this program. This can be easier said than done because performing this by hand takes some advanced knowledge regarding removing Windows programs manually. One of the best EASY manner to uninstall Autopsy is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general utility to optimize your Windows system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs installed on your computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Autopsy or simply activate the Search field and type in "Autopsy". The Autopsy app will be found automatically. Notice that after you click Autopsy in the list of programs, some information regarding the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding Autopsy, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Autopsy.


8. After removing Autopsy, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Autopsy which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Autopsy with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.
