How to uninstall Ubuntu One from your system

Ubuntu One is a Windows application. How to remove Ubuntu One with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Ubuntu One is an application released by the software company Canonical. Some computer users want to uninstall this program. Sometimes this is hard because uninstalling this by hand takes some know-how regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best QUICK procedure to uninstall Ubuntu One is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general utility to take care of your system.

  • go to Download Link
  • download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire the program's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Click on the General Tools button

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the programs installed on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Ubuntu One or simply click the Search field and type in "Ubuntu One". If it is installed on your PC the Ubuntu One program will be found automatically. Notice that after you click Ubuntu One in the list of applications, some information about the program is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have about Ubuntu One, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the program you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Ubuntu One.

8. After removing Ubuntu One, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Ubuntu One which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing Ubuntu One using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and able to serve you properly.
