A guide to uninstall Toolkit from your PC

Toolkit is a software application. This page holds details on how to uninstall it from your PC. It was coded for Windows by Seagate. You can read more on Seagate or check for application updates here. Toolkit is usually installed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Toolkit folder, however this location can differ a lot depending on the user's choice while installing the program. Toolkit's complete uninstall command line is C:\Program Files (x86)\Toolkit\uninstaller.exe. Toolkit.exe is the programs's main file and it takes close to 1.29 MB (1354832 bytes) on disk.

The following executable files are incorporated in Toolkit. They occupy 5.41 MB (5675328 bytes) on disk.

A way to remove Toolkit from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Toolkit is a program by Seagate. Frequently, computer users want to remove this program. This can be easier said than done because removing this manually requires some know-how regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best EASY way to remove Toolkit is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general utility to take care of your Windows computer.

• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire the program's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Toolkit or simply click the Search field and type in "Toolkit". If it exists on your system the Toolkit app will be found very quickly. After you click Toolkit in the list of applications, some data regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding Toolkit, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Toolkit.


8. After removing Toolkit, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Toolkit which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Toolkit with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.

Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
