A guide to uninstall Toolkit from your system

This web page contains complete information on how to remove Toolkit for Windows. It is produced by Seagate. Go over here for more info on Seagate. Usually the Toolkit program is installed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Toolkit directory, depending on the user's option during install. You can remove Toolkit by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files (x86)\Toolkit\uninstaller.exe. Keep in mind that you might receive a notification for admin rights. Toolkit.exe is the programs's main file and it takes close to 1.09 MB (1140016 bytes) on disk.

A way to erase Toolkit using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Toolkit is a program offered by the software company Seagate. Some computer users want to erase this application. Sometimes this can be efortful because uninstalling this by hand requires some skill related to PCs. One of the best QUICK manner to erase Toolkit is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general tool to clean your Windows computer.

• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire the program's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications installed on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find Toolkit or simply click the Search field and type in "Toolkit". If it is installed on your PC the Toolkit app will be found very quickly. After you select Toolkit in the list of programs, the following data about the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about Toolkit, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Toolkit.


8. After removing Toolkit, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Toolkit which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Toolkit with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
