3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button

5. All the programs installed on the computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Throttle or simply activate the Search field and type in "Throttle". If it exists on your system the Throttle program will be found automatically. After you select Throttle in the list of apps, the following data about the application is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about Throttle, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
