How to erase PowerDirector from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

PowerDirector is an application marketed by CyberLink Corp.. Sometimes, people want to remove it. Sometimes this is efortful because removing this by hand requires some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best QUICK practice to remove PowerDirector is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around tool to maximize the performance of your Windows PC.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate PowerDirector or simply activate the Search field and type in "PowerDirector". The PowerDirector application will be found very quickly. After you click PowerDirector in the list of programs, the following data regarding the application is available to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding PowerDirector, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the app you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove PowerDirector.

8. After removing PowerDirector, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of PowerDirector that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling PowerDirector with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
