How to uninstall Plex from your computer

How to delete Plex using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Plex is an application released by Plex, Inc.. Sometimes, users choose to uninstall it. Sometimes this can be efortful because uninstalling this by hand requires some knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. 3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs existing on the computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Plex or simply activate the Search field and type in "Plex". The Plex program will be found automatically. Notice that when you click Plex in the list of apps, the following data regarding the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding Plex, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Plex.


8. After removing Plex, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong Plex which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
