A way to delete PCProtect using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

PCProtect is a program offered by PCProtect. Sometimes, users want to remove this application. Sometimes this can be efortful because uninstalling this by hand takes some advanced knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. The best EASY manner to remove PCProtect is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around tool to clean your PC.

• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire the program's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications installed on your PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate PCProtect or simply click the Search feature and type in "PCProtect". If it exists on your system the PCProtect app will be found automatically. After you select PCProtect in the list of applications, the following information about the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have about PCProtect, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for PCProtect:

• The publisher is: https://www.pcprotect.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\PCProtect\uninst.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall PCProtect.


8. After uninstalling PCProtect, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of PCProtect which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
