How to uninstall PCProtect from your PC

PCProtect is a computer program. A way to erase PCProtect with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

PCProtect is a program marketed by the software company PCProtect. Some computer users choose to uninstall this application. Sometimes this is troublesome because doing this manually takes some experience regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best EASY solution to uninstall PCProtect is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general utility to clean your computer.

  • download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system utility.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool

5. A list of the applications existing on your PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find PCProtect or simply click the Search field and type in "PCProtect". If it is installed on your PC the PCProtect application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select PCProtect in the list of applications, the following data about the program is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about PCProtect, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the app you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove PCProtect.

8. After uninstalling PCProtect, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong PCProtect that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing PCProtect using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.
