Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may receive a notification for administrator rights. How to uninstall PCProtect from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO
PCProtect is an application marketed by PCProtect. Some computer users decide to uninstall it. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because removing this by hand requires some knowledge regarding Windows program uninstallation. The best EASY practice to uninstall PCProtect is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:
1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and general tool to maximize the performance of your computer.

- download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
- install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows optimizer.
3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool

5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will appear
6. Navigate the list of programs until you find PCProtect or simply activate the Search feature and type in "PCProtect". If it exists on your system the PCProtect application will be found automatically. Notice that when you click PCProtect in the list of programs, the following information about the program is shown to you:
- Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about PCProtect, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
- Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
- Technical information about the app you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall PCProtect.

8. After uninstalling PCProtect, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong PCProtect that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them.
