How to uninstall PCProtect from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO
PCProtect is a program by the software company PCProtect. Some computer users choose to remove this application. Sometimes this is easier said than done because deleting this by hand takes some knowledge related to Windows program uninstallation. One of the best QUICK solution to remove PCProtect is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:
1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general utility to clean your system.

- install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire the program's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful system optimizer.
3. Press the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs button

5. A list of the applications installed on the computer will be shown to you
6. Scroll the list of applications until you find PCProtect or simply activate the Search feature and type in "PCProtect". The PCProtect application will be found automatically. Notice that after you click PCProtect in the list of applications, the following data about the application is available to you:
- Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about PCProtect, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
- Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
- Details about the application you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
For example you can see that for PCProtect:

- The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\PCProtect\uninst.exe
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove PCProtect.

8. After removing PCProtect, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of PCProtect that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling PCProtect with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
