How to uninstall PCProtect from your computer

Note that you might get a notification for admin rights. The application's main executable file occupies 2.11 MB (2214240 bytes) on disk and is labeled PCProtect.exe.

Some files and registry entries are usually left behind when you uninstall PCProtect.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall PCProtect:

How to remove PCProtect with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

PCProtect is an application offered by PCProtect. Some people decide to uninstall this program. Sometimes this can be difficult because uninstalling this manually requires some skill related to Windows program uninstallation. One of the best EASY way to uninstall PCProtect is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and general utility to maximize the performance of your Windows PC.

• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system utility.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the applications installed on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find PCProtect or simply activate the Search feature and type in "PCProtect". The PCProtect app will be found automatically. Notice that when you click PCProtect in the list of apps, the following data about the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about PCProtect, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall PCProtect.


8. After uninstalling PCProtect, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong PCProtect that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling PCProtect with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
