A guide to uninstall MSI SDK from your PC

MSI SDK is a software application. Some files and registry entries are typically left behind when you remove MSI SDK.

Many times the following registry data will not be cleaned:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{EE7D557C-3AE7-4348-8DCA-3A89790D0002}}_is1
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\MSI\Mystic_Light_SDK

Use regedit.exe to delete the following additional registry values from the Windows Registry:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSI_Companion_Service\ImagePath

A way to erase MSI SDK from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

MSI SDK is an application released by the software company MSI. Frequently, users choose to erase this application. Sometimes this can be troublesome because deleting this by hand requires some advanced knowledge regarding PCs. One of the best QUICK way to erase MSI SDK is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and general utility to maximize the performance of your PC.

• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs installed on your PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find MSI SDK or simply activate the Search feature and type in "MSI SDK". The MSI SDK program will be found automatically. When you select MSI SDK in the list , the following data about the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about MSI SDK, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for MSI SDK:

• The web site of the program is: http://www.msi.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\One Dragon Center\unins000.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall MSI SDK.


8. After removing MSI SDK, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of MSI SDK which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing MSI SDK with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your computer.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
