How to uninstall Ignition from your computer

Ignition is a software application. This page holds details on how to uninstall it from your PC. It is developed by Inductive Automation. Additional info about Inductive Automation can be read here. You can get more details related to Ignition at www.inductiveautomation.com. The application is usually installed in the C:\Program Files\Inductive Automation\Ignition folder (same installation drive as Windows). C:\Program Files\Inductive Automation\Ignition\Uninstall.exe is the full command line if you want to remove Ignition. The application's main executable file is named IgnitionGateway.exe and occupies 754.57 KB (772680 bytes).

How to delete Ignition from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Ignition is a program released by Inductive Automation. Sometimes, computer users decide to erase this application. Sometimes this can be hard because removing this by hand takes some experience related to Windows program uninstallation. One of the best SIMPLE practice to erase Ignition is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to clean your PC.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications installed on the computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find Ignition or simply activate the Search field and type in "Ignition". The Ignition app will be found very quickly. When you click Ignition in the list of applications, some data regarding the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding Ignition, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Ignition:

• The web site of the program is: www.inductiveautomation.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\Inductive Automation\Ignition\Uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Ignition.


8. After uninstalling Ignition, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Ignition which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Ignition using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
