A way to delete Ignition from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Ignition is a program by Inductive Automation. Frequently, computer users want to remove this program. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because removing this by hand takes some experience related to Windows internal functioning. One of the best QUICK action to remove Ignition is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to clean your Windows system.

  • go to Download Link
  • download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system utility.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool

5. A list of the programs installed on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Ignition or simply click the Search feature and type in "Ignition". If it exists on your system the Ignition app will be found automatically. Notice that after you select Ignition in the list of applications, some information regarding the application is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding Ignition, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the app you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

  • The web site of the application is: www.inductiveautomation.com
  • The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\Inductive Automation\Ignition\Uninstall.exe
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Ignition.

8. After uninstalling Ignition, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Ignition which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Ignition with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
