A way to uninstall Ignition from your PC

Ignition is a software application. Keep in mind that this location can vary depending on the user's decision. C:\Program Files\Inductive Automation\Ignition\Uninstall.exe is the full command line if you want to uninstall Ignition. IgnitionGateway.exe is the Ignition's primary executable file and it occupies approximately 754.57 KB (772680 bytes) on disk.

How to remove Ignition with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Ignition is a program released by the software company Inductive Automation. Sometimes, computer users choose to remove this program. This can be efortful because uninstalling this manually takes some knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. The best EASY action to remove Ignition is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general tool to take care of your PC.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs existing on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Ignition or simply click the Search feature and type in "Ignition". If it is installed on your PC the Ignition program will be found automatically. After you click Ignition in the list of apps, the following information about the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about Ignition, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Ignition:

• The publisher is: www.inductiveautomation.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\Inductive Automation\Ignition\Uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Ignition.


8. After uninstalling Ignition, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Ignition that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Ignition with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and able to serve you properly.
