How to uninstall Chromium from your computer

A way to uninstall Chromium with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Chromium is a program by The Chromium Authors. Some people decide to uninstall this program. This is hard because deleting this by hand requires some experience regarding removing Windows applications by hand. The best SIMPLE action to uninstall Chromium is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general utility to take care of your PC.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications installed on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find Chromium or simply activate the Search field and type in "Chromium". If it exists on your system the Chromium app will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click Chromium in the list of apps, the following data about the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about Chromium, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Chromium.


8. After removing Chromium, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Chromium that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Chromium with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.
