A way to uninstall Chromium from your system

Chromium is a Windows application. Keep in mind that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might get a notification for admin rights. The program's main executable file is named chrome.exe and it has a size of 2.75 MB (2880512 bytes).

How to uninstall Chromium using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Chromium is a program marketed by The Chromium Authors. Some computer users choose to uninstall this program. Sometimes this is efortful because deleting this manually requires some advanced knowledge regarding Windows program uninstallation. One of the best QUICK procedure to uninstall Chromium is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general tool to clean your system.

• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications installed on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Chromium or simply activate the Search field and type in "Chromium". If it is installed on your PC the Chromium app will be found automatically. When you click Chromium in the list of applications, some information regarding the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding Chromium, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Chromium.


8. After uninstalling Chromium, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Chromium which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Chromium using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
