A guide to uninstall Certbot from your PC

A way to delete Certbot from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Certbot is an application by Electronic Frontier Foundation. Some people choose to erase it. Sometimes this can be troublesome because doing this by hand requires some experience related to PCs.   • download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system utility.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature

5. All the programs existing on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Certbot or simply activate the Search field and type in "Certbot". The Certbot application will be found automatically. Notice that after you click Certbot in the list of apps, the following data regarding the application is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding Certbot, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the app you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Certbot.

8. After uninstalling Certbot, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Certbot that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Certbot with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to take on new tasks.
