How to uninstall Certbot from your computer

A way to remove Certbot from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Certbot is an application offered by Electronic Frontier Foundation. Some computer users choose to uninstall it. Sometimes this is efortful because doing this manually takes some experience related to removing Windows applications by hand. 6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Certbot or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Certbot". If it exists on your system the Certbot application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click Certbot in the list of programs, some data regarding the program is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding Certbot, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the program you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Certbot.

8. After removing Certbot, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Certbot which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
