How to uninstall Certbot from your PC

Certbot is a Windows application. How to erase Certbot from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Certbot is a program by Electronic Frontier Foundation. Some people choose to uninstall this program. This is easier said than done because deleting this by hand requires some know-how related to Windows internal functioning. One of the best QUICK procedure to uninstall Certbot is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around tool to maximize the performance of your PC.

• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs installed on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Certbot or simply click the Search feature and type in "Certbot". If it is installed on your PC the Certbot app will be found very quickly. After you click Certbot in the list of applications, some data about the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about Certbot, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Certbot.


8. After uninstalling Certbot, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Certbot that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Certbot with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.
