A guide to uninstall AIMP from your system

This page is about AIMP for Windows. Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might be prompted for administrator rights. AIMP.exe is the programs's main file and it takes around 4.32 MB (4528688 bytes) on disk.

A way to delete AIMP with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

AIMP is an application offered by the software company AIMP DevTeam. Sometimes, people try to uninstall this program. Sometimes this can be troublesome because removing this manually requires some advanced knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best SIMPLE way to uninstall AIMP is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around tool to clean your computer.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications installed on your PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find AIMP or simply click the Search field and type in "AIMP". If it is installed on your PC the AIMP program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select AIMP in the list of programs, some information regarding the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding AIMP, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for AIMP:

• The publisher is: http://www.aimp.ru
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\AIMP\Uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove AIMP.


8. After uninstalling AIMP, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong AIMP which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling AIMP with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
