A guide to uninstall AIMP from your computer

Usually the AIMP program is to be found in the C:\Program Files (x86)\AIMP3 folder, depending on the user's option during install. The full command line for uninstalling AIMP is C:\Program Files (x86)\AIMP3\Uninstall.exe. Keep in mind that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might receive a notification for administrator rights. The application's main executable file is labeled AIMP.exe and it has a size of 4.96 MB (5199584 bytes).

AIMP installs the following the executables on your PC, taking about 13.46 MB (14114400 bytes) on disk.

A way to remove AIMP from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

AIMP is an application released by the software company AIMP DevTeam. Some users decide to remove this application. This is easier said than done because removing this manually requires some experience regarding Windows internal functioning. The best QUICK manner to remove AIMP is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:

1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general tool to take care of your Windows computer.

install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools category
Go to General Tools

4. Press the Uninstall Programs button

5. All the applications installed on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find AIMP or simply click the Search feature and type in "AIMP". If it is installed on your PC the AIMP app will be found very quickly. When you select AIMP in the list of apps, some information about the program is available to you:

Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about AIMP, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
Details about the program you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for AIMP:

The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\AIMP3\Uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall AIMP.

8. After removing AIMP, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong AIMP which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling AIMP using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
