How to uninstall Tracker from your PC

Tracker is a Windows program. Read more about how to remove it from your PC. It is made by Open Source Physics. Additional info about Open Source Physics can be read here. More information about Tracker can be found at http://www.opensourcephysics.org/. Usually the Tracker application is placed in the C:\Program Files\Tracker folder, depending on the user's option during install. The full command line for removing Tracker is C:\Program Files\Tracker\uninstall_Tracker.exe. Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might get a notification for admin rights. Tracker's primary file takes about 2.88 MB (3020785 bytes) and is named Tracker.exe.

Tracker installs the following the executables on your PC, occupying about 10.23 MB (10728287 bytes) on disk.

How to erase Tracker from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Tracker is a program marketed by Open Source Physics. Sometimes, computer users choose to uninstall this application. Sometimes this can be efortful because removing this manually requires some know-how regarding PCs. The best SIMPLE manner to uninstall Tracker is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general tool to optimize your system.

• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications existing on your computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate Tracker or simply activate the Search field and type in "Tracker". If it exists on your system the Tracker program will be found automatically. Notice that after you select Tracker in the list of programs, some data regarding the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding Tracker, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Tracker:

• The web site of the application is: http://www.opensourcephysics.org/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\Tracker\uninstall_Tracker.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Tracker.


8. After removing Tracker, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Tracker which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Tracker with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
