A guide to uninstall Speedify from your system

Speedify is a computer program. This page contains details on how to remove it from your computer. It is made by Connectify. Take a look here for more info on Connectify. Click on http://www.speedify.com/ to get more information about Speedify on Connectify's website. Speedify is commonly set up in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Speedify folder, but this location may differ a lot depending on the user's decision when installing the application. The full command line for uninstalling Speedify is C:\Program Files (x86)\Speedify\Uninstall.exe. Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may receive a notification for administrator rights. SpeedifyLauncher.exe is the Speedify's main executable file and it occupies around 2.08 MB (2177800 bytes) on disk.

Many files, folders and registry entries will not be uninstalled when you are trying to remove Speedify from your computer.

Open regedit.exe to delete the registry values below from the Windows Registry:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\tap0901cn\DisplayName

How to uninstall Speedify using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Speedify is a program by Connectify. Some computer users decide to erase this program. Sometimes this is efortful because removing this manually takes some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows programs manually. One of the best SIMPLE approach to erase Speedify is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general tool to optimize your Windows PC.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs existing on the PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Speedify or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Speedify". If it exists on your system the Speedify program will be found automatically. When you click Speedify in the list of applications, the following information regarding the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding Speedify, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Speedify:

• The publisher is: http://www.speedify.com/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Speedify\Uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Speedify.


8. After removing Speedify, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Speedify which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Speedify with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
