A way to uninstall RuneLite from your PC

RuneLite is a Windows program. Read below about how to remove it from your computer. The Windows version was developed by RuneLite. More information on RuneLite can be seen here. The program is often placed in the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\RuneLite directory. Keep in mind that this path can vary depending on the user's decision. The full command line for uninstalling RuneLite is C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\RuneLite\unins000.exe. Keep in mind that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might receive a notification for admin rights. RuneLite.exe is the RuneLite's main executable file and it occupies around 422.50 KB (432640 bytes) on disk.

How to uninstall RuneLite from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

RuneLite is an application released by RuneLite. Sometimes, computer users decide to uninstall this application. This can be easier said than done because uninstalling this manually requires some knowledge related to Windows program uninstallation. One of the best SIMPLE way to uninstall RuneLite is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire the program's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications installed on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find RuneLite or simply click the Search field and type in "RuneLite". If it is installed on your PC the RuneLite application will be found very quickly. When you click RuneLite in the list of applications, some information about the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about RuneLite, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove RuneLite.


8. After removing RuneLite, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of RuneLite which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
