A way to uninstall ION Setup from your system

ION Setup is a Windows application. How to remove ION Setup from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ION Setup is an application offered by Schneider Electric. Sometimes, computer users try to erase this application. This can be difficult because doing this by hand takes some advanced knowledge regarding removing Windows programs manually. One of the best SIMPLE manner to erase ION Setup is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around utility to clean your computer.

• go to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs installed on the computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find ION Setup or simply activate the Search field and type in "ION Setup". If it exists on your system the ION Setup program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select ION Setup in the list , the following information regarding the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding ION Setup, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for ION Setup:

• The software company is: http://www.powerlogic.com/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\ION Setup\Uninst_IONSetup\UninstallLauncher.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove ION Setup.


8. After uninstalling ION Setup, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong ION Setup that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing ION Setup with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your computer.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
