How to uninstall ION Setup from your computer

How to uninstall ION Setup from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ION Setup is a program marketed by Schneider Electric. Sometimes, users choose to erase this application. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because uninstalling this manually requires some skill regarding PCs. One of the best SIMPLE way to erase ION Setup is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around utility to clean your Windows PC.

• go to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications installed on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find ION Setup or simply click the Search feature and type in "ION Setup". If it is installed on your PC the ION Setup app will be found automatically. After you click ION Setup in the list of applications, the following data about the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about ION Setup, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for ION Setup:

• The publisher is: http://www.powerlogic.com/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\ION Setup\Uninst_IONSetup\UninstallLauncher.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove ION Setup.


8. After uninstalling ION Setup, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong ION Setup which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling ION Setup with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.

Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
