How to uninstall ION Setup from your system

How to uninstall ION Setup using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ION Setup is a program offered by the software company Schneider Electric. Frequently, users choose to uninstall this application. Sometimes this is troublesome because uninstalling this by hand requires some experience related to removing Windows programs manually. The best SIMPLE manner to uninstall ION Setup is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and all around utility to take care of your Windows PC.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire the program's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find ION Setup or simply activate the Search feature and type in "ION Setup". If it is installed on your PC the ION Setup app will be found very quickly. After you click ION Setup in the list of apps, some data about the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have about ION Setup, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for ION Setup:

• The publisher is: http://www.powerlogic.com/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\ION Setup\Uninst_IONSetup\UninstallLauncher.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove ION Setup.


8. After uninstalling ION Setup, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong ION Setup that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling ION Setup with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your computer.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
