How to uninstall ION Setup from your system

How to erase ION Setup from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ION Setup is an application released by the software company Schneider Electric. Sometimes, people want to uninstall this program. This is hard because uninstalling this manually requires some know-how regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best EASY practice to uninstall ION Setup is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general tool to clean your system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the applications installed on your PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate ION Setup or simply activate the Search field and type in "ION Setup". The ION Setup program will be found automatically. Notice that when you click ION Setup in the list of apps, the following data about the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about ION Setup, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for ION Setup:

• The publisher is: http://www.powerlogic.com/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\ION Setup\Uninst_IONSetup\UninstallLauncher.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall ION Setup.


8. After removing ION Setup, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong ION Setup that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing ION Setup using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
