A way to uninstall ION Setup from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ION Setup is a program marketed by the software company Schneider Electric. Sometimes, users decide to erase this application. Sometimes this can be hard because deleting this manually takes some advanced knowledge related to PCs. One of the best EASY way to erase ION Setup is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your computer.

• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs installed on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find ION Setup or simply activate the Search field and type in "ION Setup". If it exists on your system the ION Setup program will be found very quickly. After you click ION Setup in the list , some data regarding the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding ION Setup, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for ION Setup:

• The publisher is: http://www.powerlogic.com/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\ION Setup\Uninst_IONSetup\UninstallLauncher.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove ION Setup.


8. After removing ION Setup, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong ION Setup that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling ION Setup using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
