How to uninstall Heimdal from your system

A way to erase Heimdal from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Heimdal is an application offered by CSIS Security Group. Some people choose to remove this program. Sometimes this can be difficult because uninstalling this manually requires some advanced knowledge regarding Windows program uninstallation. One of the best QUICK way to remove Heimdal is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around utility to maximize the performance of your Windows system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on the computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate Heimdal or simply click the Search feature and type in "Heimdal". If it exists on your system the Heimdal application will be found automatically. Notice that when you click Heimdal in the list of apps, some information about the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about Heimdal, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Heimdal:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Heimdal\uninstaller.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Heimdal.


8. After removing Heimdal, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Heimdal that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Heimdal using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
