How to uninstall Heimdal from your PC

Heimdal has the habit of leaving behind some leftovers.

Check for and remove the following files from your disk when you uninstall Heimdal:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\Heimdal\Client\HeimdalAgent.exe

A way to uninstall Heimdal from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Heimdal is a program by CSIS Security Group. Sometimes, users choose to remove this application. Sometimes this is difficult because deleting this manually takes some knowledge related to Windows program uninstallation. The best EASY approach to remove Heimdal is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general utility to clean your system.

• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the applications installed on the PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Heimdal or simply click the Search feature and type in "Heimdal". If it is installed on your PC the Heimdal application will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click Heimdal in the list of applications, some information about the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about Heimdal, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Heimdal.


8. After uninstalling Heimdal, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Heimdal which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
