A way to uninstall Heimdal from your system

Keep in mind that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may be prompted for admin rights. Heimdal's main file takes around 1.11 MB (1169008 bytes) and is named HeimdalAgent.exe.

When you're planning to uninstall Heimdal you should check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

How to uninstall Heimdal from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Heimdal is a program by CSIS Security Group. Some computer users want to remove this program. Sometimes this can be troublesome because deleting this by hand requires some skill regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best SIMPLE way to remove Heimdal is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your Windows computer.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Heimdal or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Heimdal". If it is installed on your PC the Heimdal app will be found automatically. After you click Heimdal in the list of programs, some information regarding the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding Heimdal, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Heimdal:

• The web site of the application is: http://www.csis.dk
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Heimdal\uninstaller.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Heimdal.


8. After removing Heimdal, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Heimdal that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Heimdal with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and able to serve you properly.
