How to uninstall FocusWriter from your PC

A way to delete FocusWriter using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

FocusWriter is an application offered by the software company Graeme Gott. Some people choose to remove this application. One of the best QUICK practice to remove FocusWriter is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around utility to maximize the performance of your PC.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the applications installed on the PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find FocusWriter or simply click the Search feature and type in "FocusWriter". If it is installed on your PC the FocusWriter program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click FocusWriter in the list of programs, some information regarding the application is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding FocusWriter, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the program you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove FocusWriter.

8. After uninstalling FocusWriter, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong FocusWriter which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
