A way to remove FileOptimizer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

FileOptimizer is an application marketed by Javier Gutiérrez Chamorro (Guti). Frequently, computer users decide to remove it. Sometimes this is efortful because deleting this manually takes some know-how regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best QUICK approach to remove FileOptimizer is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general tool to optimize your system.

• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find FileOptimizer or simply click the Search field and type in "FileOptimizer". The FileOptimizer program will be found very quickly. When you click FileOptimizer in the list of apps, some information regarding the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding FileOptimizer, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for FileOptimizer:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\FileOptimizer\Uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove FileOptimizer.


8. After uninstalling FileOptimizer, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong FileOptimizer which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling FileOptimizer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.
