How to delete FileOptimizer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

FileOptimizer is an application by Javier Gutiérrez Chamorro (Guti). Some people choose to uninstall it. This is efortful because deleting this manually requires some experience related to removing Windows programs manually. One of the best EASY action to uninstall FileOptimizer is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around tool to clean your Windows system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs existing on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find FileOptimizer or simply click the Search feature and type in "FileOptimizer". The FileOptimizer application will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click FileOptimizer in the list of programs, some information regarding the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding FileOptimizer, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for FileOptimizer:

• The software company is: http://nikkhokkho.sourceforge.net/static.php?page=FileOptimizer
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\FileOptimizer\Uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall FileOptimizer.


8. After uninstalling FileOptimizer, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong FileOptimizer which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing FileOptimizer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
