How to erase Dev-C++ from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Dev-C++ is a program released by the software company Bloodshed Software. Sometimes, users try to uninstall it. This can be efortful because removing this by hand requires some advanced knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best SIMPLE manner to uninstall Dev-C++ is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around utility to take care of your system.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool

5. All the applications existing on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Dev-C++ or simply click the Search field and type in "Dev-C++". The Dev-C++ app will be found very quickly. After you click Dev-C++ in the list of programs, the following information regarding the application is available to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding Dev-C++, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Dev-C++.

8. After removing Dev-C++, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Dev-C++ which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing Dev-C++ with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your computer.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
