A way to uninstall Atom from your system

This page contains detailed information on how to uninstall Atom for Windows. It was coded for Windows by Mail.Ru Group. Further information on Mail.Ru Group can be found here. Atom is usually set up in the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Mail.Ru\Atom\Application folder, regulated by the user's option. The full command line for uninstalling Atom is C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Mail.Ru\Atom\Application\6.0.0.154\Installer\setup.exe. Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might be prompted for administrator rights. atom.exe is the Atom's primary executable file and it takes approximately 1.39 MB (1456824 bytes) on disk.

How to erase Atom with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Atom is a program released by the software company Mail.Ru Group. Frequently, people try to remove this program. Sometimes this can be efortful because performing this by hand takes some skill related to removing Windows applications by hand. When you click Atom in the list of applications, the following information regarding the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding Atom, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Atom.


8. After removing Atom, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Atom which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
