A guide to uninstall Zoom from your computer

Zoom is a Windows application. Read below about how to uninstall it from your computer. It was coded for Windows by Zoom Video Communications, Inc.. You can read more on Zoom Video Communications, Inc. or check for application updates here. Please follow https://zoom.us if you want to read more on Zoom on Zoom Video Communications, Inc.'s page. The application is often installed in the C:\UserNames\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\bin directory. Keep in mind that this path can vary depending on the user's preference. You can remove Zoom by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\UserNames\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\uninstall\Installer.exe. Note that you might get a notification for administrator rights. Zoom.exe is the programs's main file and it takes circa 374.32 KB (383304 bytes) on disk.

How to uninstall Zoom with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Zoom is a program released by the software company Zoom Video Communications, Inc.. Some computer users try to uninstall it. Sometimes this is difficult because removing this manually requires some experience regarding Windows program uninstallation. One of the best EASY approach to uninstall Zoom is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your Windows system.

• go to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate Zoom or simply click the Search feature and type in "Zoom". If it exists on your system the Zoom program will be found very quickly. When you click Zoom in the list of applications, some data about the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about Zoom, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Zoom:

• The software company is: https://zoom.us
• The uninstall string is: C:\UserNames\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\uninstall\Installer.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Zoom.


8. After removing Zoom, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Zoom that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Zoom with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your computer.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and able to serve you properly.
