A way to uninstall Zero Install using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Zero Install is a program marketed by 0install.de. Sometimes, people try to erase this program. This is troublesome because uninstalling this by hand takes some know-how regarding Windows internal functioning. The best QUICK practice to erase Zero Install is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general tool to clean your computer.

• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Zero Install or simply click the Search field and type in "Zero Install". If it is installed on your PC the Zero Install program will be found very quickly. When you select Zero Install in the list of apps, some data regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding Zero Install, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\Zero Install\0install-win.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Zero Install.


8. After removing Zero Install, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Zero Install that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Zero Install using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.
