A guide to uninstall Vivaldi from your PC

You can find on this page details on how to remove Vivaldi for Windows. It is written by Vivaldi. More information on Vivaldi can be found here. Usually the Vivaldi application is found in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Vivaldi\Application directory, depending on the user's option during install. The full command line for removing Vivaldi is C:\Program Files (x86)\Vivaldi\Application\1.13.1008.18\Installer\setup.exe. Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may get a notification for admin rights. vivaldi.exe is the Vivaldi's primary executable file and it takes circa 3.41 MB (3578488 bytes) on disk.

The following executables are installed along with Vivaldi. They take about 37.13 MB (38936664 bytes) on disk.

  • update_notifier.exe (3.44 MB)
  • vivaldi.exe (3.41 MB)
  • setup.exe (14.92 MB)

How to delete Vivaldi using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Vivaldi is an application by Vivaldi. Sometimes, computer users decide to uninstall it. Sometimes this can be difficult because doing this by hand takes some know-how regarding PCs. The best QUICK approach to uninstall Vivaldi is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general utility to clean your Windows PC.

  • download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools button

4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature

5. All the programs installed on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Vivaldi or simply click the Search feature and type in "Vivaldi". If it exists on your system the Vivaldi application will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click Vivaldi in the list , the following data about the application is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have about Vivaldi, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the program you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Vivaldi.

8. After removing Vivaldi, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Vivaldi that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Vivaldi using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
