How to uninstall TotalAV from your system

TotalAV is a software application. A way to erase TotalAV with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

TotalAV is a program by the software company TotalAV. Sometimes, people want to erase this program. This is efortful because deleting this manually requires some knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best EASY way to erase TotalAV is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around utility to maximize the performance of your Windows PC.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications existing on your PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate TotalAV or simply click the Search field and type in "TotalAV". The TotalAV app will be found automatically. After you select TotalAV in the list , some data regarding the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding TotalAV, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for TotalAV:

• The publisher is: http://www.totalav.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\TotalAV\uninst.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove TotalAV.


8. After uninstalling TotalAV, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of TotalAV that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing TotalAV using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
