TotalAV has the habit of leaving behind some leftovers.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall TotalAV:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\TotalAV
• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\TotalAV

Generally, the following files are left on disk:

A way to remove TotalAV from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

TotalAV is an application by the software company TotalAV. Some people want to uninstall this application. This is hard because doing this manually requires some skill regarding PCs. The best EASY practice to uninstall TotalAV is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:

3. Click on the General Tools category

5. A list of the applications installed on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find TotalAV or simply click the Search field and type in "TotalAV". If it is installed on your PC the TotalAV program will be found automatically. After you click TotalAV in the list of apps, some information regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding TotalAV, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall TotalAV.


8. After removing TotalAV, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of TotalAV that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
