A way to uninstall Shotcut from your computer

A way to remove Shotcut from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Shotcut is a program offered by Meltytech, LLC. Some people decide to remove this application. This can be efortful because doing this by hand takes some know-how regarding Windows internal functioning. The best SIMPLE manner to remove Shotcut is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general utility to clean your PC.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications installed on your computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate Shotcut or simply activate the Search field and type in "Shotcut". If it is installed on your PC the Shotcut application will be found automatically. Notice that after you select Shotcut in the list , the following information regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding Shotcut, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Shotcut.


8. After removing Shotcut, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Shotcut that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Shotcut with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
