A way to uninstall Rufus from your system

How to erase Rufus from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Rufus is an application offered by the software company RePack by Andreyonohov. Some people choose to remove this application. Sometimes this can be efortful because doing this by hand takes some know-how regarding PCs. One of the best EASY way to remove Rufus is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around tool to maximize the performance of your PC.

• go to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire the program's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Rufus or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Rufus". If it exists on your system the Rufus app will be found very quickly. After you click Rufus in the list of applications, some information about the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about Rufus, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Rufus:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Rufus\unins000.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Rufus.


8. After removing Rufus, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Rufus which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them.
