How to remove Rufus from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Rufus is a program offered by the software company RePack by Andreyonohov. Some users decide to erase this program. This can be efortful because doing this by hand requires some knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. The best QUICK manner to erase Rufus is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general utility to maximize the performance of your Windows system.

• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Rufus or simply click the Search field and type in "Rufus". If it is installed on your PC the Rufus program will be found automatically. After you select Rufus in the list of applications, the following data regarding the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding Rufus, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Rufus.


8. After uninstalling Rufus, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Rufus which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing Rufus using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your system.
